4. No Government Affiliation
Corp USA Pennsylvania is a private company and is not affiliated with any government agency, including the Pennsylvania Department of State. Our service fees are separate from any government filing fees.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide. Corp USA Pennsylvania is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
6. Payment Terms
All fees are charged at the time of submission. Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice. Government filing fees are passed through at cost. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if your filing has not yet been submitted to the state. Once a filing has been submitted, no refunds will be provided for our service fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corp USA and Corp USA Pennsylvania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corp USA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
